The CES cell expansion system is mainly suitable for the culture of CHO, HEK293, immune cells (CAR-T, TCR-T, NK, etc.), adherent cell microcarriers (such as MSC), and the amplification of cells and bacteria such as Escherichia coli nourish.

1. Select the appropriate CES-bag cell culture bag.
Choose culture bags of different specifications according to the requirements of the production process. Specifically, it can be based on the final culture volume, whether there is a pH/DO monitoring requirement, and whether perfusion culture is required.

2. Select the corresponding CES-bag pipeline and accessories according to the process requirements.
Prepare the pipeline or pump tube with the corresponding diameter and connector. At the same time, prepare the pipe connecting machine and pipe sealing machine corresponding to the pipe support.
3. Install CES-bag
Calibration of pH and DO sensors, calibration of peristaltic pumps;
Pipeline connection, exhaust heating jacket installation, etc.;
Carry out a pressure-holding test on the bag through its own software system, 25mbar/5min (to avoid bag defects);
  After the weighing unit is tared, the basal medium is transported by a peristaltic pump.
4. Turn on the temperature heating function, and continue to ventilate the air for overnight balance.
5. Connect the seed bag and inoculate by gravity or peristaltic pump.
6. Continuous culture, daily sampling and testing, and regular addition of fresh medium according to the number of cells.

According to the results of the cell growth curve obtained by culturing T cells, the growth status of T cells obtained by CES cell expansion system is roughly consistent with the growth status of T cells obtained in ordinary incubators and has better advantages.
